Virtual Poster Presentation Guidelines

 

Pre e-poster presentation

1. All presenters/participants will receive code /link for to join the presentation session a day prior the event. This code/link will be informed via participant’s email.

 

E-poster presentation event

1. The chair of the session will remind the presenter of their allocation time before the start of the session.
2. All presenters will be given 10 minutes for their presentation followed 5 minutes for Q&A (questions and answer) from the judges.

All presenters must present within 10 minutes only.

 

Award

1. All winners and participants will receive an e-Certificate. The e-certificate will be email after the program.
2.   All winners’ awards will be updated in the MTC 2020 website.
3.  For the winner, the medals can be collected in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia (for participants from UPM) and by postage (for participants outside UPM). 

Reminder :
All participants are advised to include a correct information including the name of the authors/researchers and email address. This will affect your details information in the e-certificate
